Sunday July 31-Wednesday August 3, 2016. 4 days and 3 nights of fishing, scolloping and family fun. This is the best time for scollop season and weekends are crazy busy..thus the Sunday (arrive and scollop) thru Wed dates.

Rooms are "standard" with either a king or two queen beds (big enough if you have kids). There is a ramp and dockage, golf, pool, restaurant and its conveinantly located to City, historical sites, restaurants...about a 3 hour drive from Brevard.
We have blocked 10 rooms for FSFA families. Basic room is $140+9% tax per night. You can ask to upgrade to waterfront or waterfront patio for $20/$40 more. There is a one time $10 ramp fee, includes secure parking for trailers.

Just a personal note: we have stayed at Plantation & the Parkers just enjoyed a week there. Nice place ( as the resorts /hotels in this area go). Easy ride by boat to the best scollop grounds in Florida. Let's have fun.
