The FSFA, in conjunction with the Florida Wildlife Commission and our many local sponsors, will be holding the 23rd Annual Kid's Fishing Clinic at Cruise Terminal #3, Port Canaveral (the one closest to Jetty Park and the Boat Ramps), on June 24, 2017 from 7:00 AM until approximately 2:00 PM.
The kids, accompanied by parents or guardians, will be allowed in starting at 8:00. They will go through some educational presentations, will learn the basics of casting, will get a free rod and reel to keep, will get free food, drinks, and bait, and will be allowed to fish from the cruise terminal docks
Volunteers are needed at noon on Friday, June 23 to get tables, rods, reels, drinks, and chum set up and more volunteers will be needed on Saturday, June 24, starting at 7:00 AM and continuing until about 2:00 PM to help the kids and then to take down everything.
